BEACH ACCESS FUNDRAISER

This event raised $2468 for legal fees to defend the Public Trust Doctrine. A record 75 simultaneous listeners maxed out Asbury Radio's web bandwidth, in addition to those tuned in at 88.1 FM.

New Jersey courts have long recognized that every individual has a right to access and use our beaches, which are among the state's most cherished resources. This guaranteed right to access and use tidal lands, known as the public trust doctrine, dates back to the earliest decades following the American Revolution.
